Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment; food/bakery experience desirable.
• External candidates must have mixer experience of 1 year.
• Internal candidates must have worked as General TM in Production/Sanitation for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients per batch sheet using scales or automation.
• Ensure ingredients meet quality standards; report shortages or discrepancies.
• Operate industrial mixers to blend ingredients per recipes for consistent product quality.
• Capable of operating OFS/San-Casciano system for automated mixing.
• Check texture, pH and temperature of mixed products; ensure they meet standards.
• Use RF guns for inventory transactions; follow SAP/OMS protocols.
• Maintain clean work area and proper waste disposal; support sanitation duties.
• Report safety, quality, or equipment issues to leadership; assist in investigations.
• Maintain real-time records of mixing activities and deviations from procedures.
• Assist with changeovers and return-to-stock of packaging materials.
