Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to make decisions quickly and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Food safety certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery team members to reach their full potential and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with warm, welcoming service and proactive guest problem resolution.
• Maintain product quality and food safety, ensuring proper frosting, decorating, baking, packaging, and presentation standards.
• Proactively manage labor based on sales and bakery needs, adjusting staffing as required.
• Own the bakery operations daily by staffing appropriately, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring processes are followed.
