Overview

85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for Store Management team members in Centennial, Colorado. Training will occur in the Los Angeles area for approximately 6–8 weeks, with travel, board, and transportation provided. 85°C Bakery Cafe, founded in 2004 and publicly traded in Taiwan, operates over 1,000 stores worldwide and focuses on five‑star quality pastries and drinks at affordable prices.

Responsibilities

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of the respective store.
• Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
• Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and order supplies and materials.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Perform additional duties at the store as circumstances dictate.

Store associates will be expected to cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at a leadership level.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines to meet changing demands.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Good attendance and availability to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties involving moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Continuous standing, walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead are also required. Exposure to extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers may occur.
