85°C Bakery Cafe in Century City, CA is seeking a Store Supervisor to join our management team. You’ll run daily operations when the General or Assistant Manager is away, lead shifts, develop the team, and keep the store guest-ready from opening to closing.

This role requires at least 1 year in restaurant or retail, a high school diploma, and strong communication and leadership skills. Expect about 35+ hours per week, including holidays, with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job

The Role

Compensation

• Base Pay: $20.50– $22.00per [hour], based on experience
• Performance Bonus: Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
• Earned On: Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
• Total Target Comp: $[__] – $[__] per year, including bonus potential

The performance bonus is offered as potential or target earnings, not guaranteed pay. It is performance-based and varies by store results, team size, and eligibility. Benefits vary by role, scheduled hours, and location; HR will confirm specific eligibility.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead.
