85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring for the Store Management Team. Store Management serves a broad range of functions, including leading all aspects of operation, customer service, cost management, and training functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take essential responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
• Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
• Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts.
• Participate in management and personnel meetings.
• Check stock levels and order supplies and materials.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
• Store associates will be expected to cross‑train in each department including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Perform additional duties at store when circumstances dictate.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive experience in fast food or other related food operations at a leadership level.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts.
• Adapt and demonstrate thorough understanding of the 85°C concept.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform duties, including moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. The role requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to extreme temperatures in coolers and freezers.
