85°C Bakery Cafe in Plano, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to lead the team on every shift, ensuring smooth operations across storefront and kitchen while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

This hands-on leadership role is the first step on our management path, with opportunities to coach teammates, uphold quality and safety standards, and participate in opening/closing procedures. Growth, training, and internal promotion are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restaurant, food service, or retail experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The Role

Compensation

• Base Pay: $17.25 per [hour/year], based on experience
• Performance Bonus: Eligible for our team performance bonus, paid monthly
• Earned On: Store sales, profitability, labor management, food-safety audits, and customer satisfaction
• Total Target Comp: $[__] – $[__] per year, including bonus potential
