CraftMark Bakery is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a day shift to keep automated production lines running safely and efficiently. The role focuses on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of bakery equipment.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, PTO from day one, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), quarterly attendance bonus, relocation assistance, and a 12-hour shift schedule (2-2-3).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, drivers, sensors, and production machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and mechanical systems.
• Reset or monitor PLC-controlled systems.
• Read and follow diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications.
• Analyzes/Maintain equipment throughout the plant.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Understands specifications.
