Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager for the Stockton bakery. You will lead the maintenance team, manage equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe, efficient production of high-quality bakery products.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and maintenance/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Dayforce, inventory systems).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum five years of maintenance experience in bakery or food manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous skill development.
Oversee maintenance operations to ensure all facility and production equipment remains safe, reliable, and operational.
Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Manage capital projects to ensure timely, cost-effective execution aligned with operational goals.
Oversee department budget and control expenditures while supporting cost-efficient decision-making.
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and all regulatory requirements (OSHA, HAZMAT, AQMD, and others).
