Aspire Bakeries LLC is hiring a Maintenance Manager for our Stockton bakery. You will lead the maintenance team to ensure reliable, safe production of high-quality bakery products and oversee capital projects to align with operational goals.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with Production and Quality teams in a fast-paced baking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance experience in bakery or food manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams, including supervisors and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and continuous skill development.
• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and operational.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
