Job summary

Nestlé USA in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Line Operator 1 to tend to bakery processing equipment and ensure safety, productivity, quality and environmental compliance. You will work on the proofing, pressing, docking, baking, depanning and pan loading lines as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), basic English, and 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience (preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• English proficiency required.
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tend to bakery machinery including proofer, press, docker, oven, and conveyors.
• Ensure product appearance and physical attributes meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and report deviations to the Line Lead.
