Job summary

Nestlé USA is hiring for a manufacturing role on multiple shifts in Schaumburg, IL. You will read packing specifications, set pallet configurations, monitor packaging quality, and maintain production records while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a production environment; English literacy is required. Pay starts at $23.95/hour, with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts; benefits and a comprehensive rewards package

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English in accordance with safety and quality processes.
• 1 year minimum experience in a production/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Reads packing configuration to determine pallet arrangement.
• Observes packages moving along conveyor to identify defects.
• Maintains records of production and equipment performance.
• Verifies barcodes with tally sheets and reports discrepancies.
• Supports GMP, safety, and quality compliance and continuous improvement.
