Job summary

Nestlé USA in Medford is hiring Line Operators to support production of household pizza brands. The role involves working on Assembly Lines 1-4 and in the bakeries, monitoring ingredients, and maintaining line pace to meet specifications.

Shift is 10p-6a Monday-Friday with possible Saturdays, starting at $22.75/hour plus $3.00/hour 3rd shift premium; benefits after 30 days. HS diploma preferred; GMP knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate on multiple stations across assembly lines 1-4 and bakeries.
• Inspect and weigh ingredients to meet specifications.
• Maintain production pace and prevent line shutdowns.
• Identify quality vs. inferior product per requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
