• Ensure fresh products, proper portions, and reduce shrink.

• Develop and implement a department business plan with store management.
• Submit seasonal critiques to the sales/merchandising supervisor.
• Stay informed about ads and promotions and relay to staff.
• Monitor and control department expenses and assist with budgets.
• Schedule price changes and manage inventory processes.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures.
• Support safety programs and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and notify repairs as needed.
• Report accidents, safety risks, and any illicit activity.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced or stressful environment.
• Handle conflicts constructively and maintain honesty in business info.
• Follow directions and escalate issues as necessary.
