• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance appraisal process.
• Adhere to all laws and company guidelines.
• Create a welcoming environment and inform customers of bakery items and specials.
• Gain knowledge of bakery products and prepare items per customer requests.
• Provide fresh products with correct portion sizes and maintain safety standards.
• Supervise inventory, pricing changes, and promotional signs.
• Partner with management to develop a department business plan and budget.
