• Maintain in-depth knowledge of bakery products, specs and seasonality; ensure quality, inventory and compliance.
• Leverage handheld and digital tools to plan, supervise production and improve quality and training.
• Drive operational excellence, staffing, inventory control and policy adherence in the bakery.
• Train and develop team members, promote talent internally and externally.
• Lead and participate in teams to meet customer needs and business priorities.
