Job summary

The Mill Coffee & Tea in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Bakery Leader to guide the bakery team, oversee daily bake-off and pastry production, and handle leadership duties such as ingredient inventory and ordering.

You will report to the Kitchen Operations Manager and contribute to the growth and vision of our locally owned company, helping us deliver quality beverages and baked goods.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of experience in a professional bakery.
• At least 1+ year of experience as a team leader/manager.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Work 40+ hours/week with occasional overtime, as required.
• Minimum High School or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery team and assist in daily bake-off and pastry production.
• Handle leadership duties (ingredient inventory, ordering, etc.).
• Report to Kitchen Operations Manager and contribute to growth and vision of the company.
