• Two years bakery/coffee or food service experience.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A high level of self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to problem solve in a diverse team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily department operations and provide coaching and direction.
• Partner on ordering and inventory management to support merchandising and sales.
• Manage budgets for labor and supplies and adjust execution as needed.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and build rapport with guests.
• Lead product preparation, packaging, labeling, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization in the department.
• Support promotions and monthly inventory activities.
