Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade school certification a plus.
• 1+ years of technician experience in heating, HVAC, welding, electrical, or related field.
• Willingness to rotate assignments and pursue ongoing training in evolving tech.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool usage, and general maintenance practices.
• Identify and inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components; perform preventive maintenance.
• Rebuild mechanical drive components (clutches, brakes, etc.) and verify mechanical timing.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Maintain clean, safe work environments and comply with company policies.
