Job summary

You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, rotate assignments, and pursue ongoing training to stay current with evolving technology. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade certification a plus.
• 1+ years of technician experience in industrial equipment or related field.
• Ability to operate safely in a bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and perform repairs.
• Rebuild drives, verify timing, and lubricate components.
• Utilize SAP for parts checkout, reporting and data entry.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with company policies.
