Job summary

Responsibilities

• Slice loaves of bread using commercial slicing equipment.
• Package and label bread products.
• Inspect products for quality and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist bakers and bakery staff as needed.
• Stock shelves or prepare orders for customers.
• Monitor machine operation and report maintenance issues.
