Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical devices and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and maintain records.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate VEMAG extruder to portion dough with consistent weights.
• Run crimper, bagger, inline press, ovens, and freezer.
• Monitor Texwrap systems and other packaging equipment.
• Maintain quality checks and documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance and QA teams.
