Crown Bakeries is seeking a Machine Operator to operate bakery-pastry machinery and downstream equipment, overseeing the full production flow from mixing ingredients to packaging. You will adjust control panels, monitor process flow, and collaborate with teammates and Supervisors to maintain safety and GMP compliance.

The role requires strong teamwork, problem solving, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned bakery machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor and adjust control panels to ensure proper product flow through mixing, oven, and packaging stages.
• Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and supervisors to maintain a safe work environment and GMP compliance.
• Document weights, yields, downtime and other production metrics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and participate in changeovers as needed.
