Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 0–3 years supervisory experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work varied shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with emphasis on food safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Experience operating bakery equipment per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• SERVICE: Create a welcoming environment and deliver stock availability, freshness, quality and value.
• Offers samples and helps customers find or choose products.
• ENSURES requests and special orders are fulfilled.
• LEADERSHIP: Promote teamwork and share information; adhere to laws and guidelines.
• FINANCIAL: Monitor inventory, quality, packaging, labeling and proper temperature control; support shrink controls.
• COMPLIANCE/SAFETY: Maintain safety, sanitation, and food safety standards; enforce wage/hour policies; report hazards and incidents.
