Responsibilities

• Prepare glaze/icing/filling and mix ingredients.
• Operate equipment to fill and boil batches.
• Oversee Honey Bun Fryer and monitor temperatures.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and quality policies.
• Record batch counts and weights in SAP.
