Job summary

Bernatello’s Foods in Kaukauna, WI is hiring a 2nd shift general production worker for our bakery to craft the perfect pizza crust. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, life insurance, a 401k match, profit sharing and paid time off.

You will rotate through production and packaging line, operate conveyors and machines, maintain safety standards, complete paperwork, and work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand verbal and written English instructions.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to handle pork, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs.

Responsibilities

• Open and remove raw materials from containers.
• Inspect product and raw materials for quality defects.
• Manually place pizza crust on a moving conveyor belt.
• Feed pizza product into machines and hoppers (cheese, meats, vegetables, etc.).
• Order new product and record information on proper documents.
• Set up, tear down, and clean equipment.
• Rotate through various positions on the production or packaging line.
• Complete quality and production paperwork legibly and in a timely manner.
• Sort recycling, garbage, and food waste and dispose of appropriately.
• Work as a member of a team, cooperating with coworkers.
• Maintain a safe, clean work space.
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety policies and procedures.

Gear up for a rewarding 2nd shift general production position in our Bakery at Bernatello's Foods, crafting the perfect crust for every pizza!

• Base Pay $18.00 - $19.00 / Hour
• Employee Type Hourly (FT)

• Hourly Wage: $18 & up, + $1 Shift Differential
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-9:30pm
• $1, 000 Referral Bonus
• Full-time position, with benefits package (medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k with a generous employer match, profit sharing, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, etc.).
