Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for bakery performance, sales, profitability, and team culture.

• Drive sales growth through local marketing and community engagement.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to improve processes, quality, and profitability.
• Lead daily bakery operations on the floor coordinating front and back of house.
