Panera Bread in Barstow, CA seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a high-performing bakery-cafe team. You will own operations, scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management, delivering warm Panera hospitality and outstanding guest experiences.

You will hire, onboard, coach, and develop managers, ensure food safety, and drive sales while maintaining costs. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and commitment to Panera's Guiding Values.

Competenze

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Background check required.
• Proven ability to drive positive results with strong business acumen.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for nights and weekends.
