Job summary

ARSICAULT BAKERY, INC. is seeking a Store Manager in San Francisco to lead FOH and BOH, model excellent service, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.

You will supervise daily operations, assign tasks, mentor staff, and resolve conflicts while upholding safety, cleanliness, and product quality.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on collaboration with the back-of-house team, and a commitment to company standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced retail/hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent guest service and staff development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH operations and ensure top-tier customer service.
• Guide FOH staff and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Report misconduct to manager and HR and document incidents.
• Ensure hygiene and safety rules are followed.
• Manage inventory and vendor needs in manager's absence.
• Keep displays neat, photo-ready, and ensure equipment maintenance.
• Onboard new hires and integrate them into culture.
• Collaborate with HR on new hire documentation (I-9).
• Audit cash drawer and report discrepancies.
• Address guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues.
• Train staff and develop the team to meet company standards.
