Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks during an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 10 lb bread pans consistently.
• Ability to push/pull carts up to 220 lbs per shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to work in hot production environments and freezer conditions.
• Follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production tray lines for efficient flow of materials.
• Stack and organize bread trays, pallets, and dollies for production/shipping.
• Prepare and stage finished goods for outbound shipment, including shrink wrapping pallets.
• Manage product rotation and inventory in storage and freezer areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per GMP standards.
• Adhere to all safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet goals.
