Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with other store leads to align operations.
• Motivate and develop employees while upholding culture.
• Oversee inventory, pricing, promotions, and labor scheduling.
• Manage catering, online, and third-party orders.
• Assess storefront operations to identify improvements.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safe work environment.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, and deposits.
• Assist team in baking pastries as needed.
