Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; front-faces, rotates, and removes outdated products.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage; communicates waste to buyers and leadership.
• Maintains back stock in good order.
• Assists with sampling program; keeps samples neat and appealing.
• Supports periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time; attends trainings and meetings as scheduled.
• Provides courteous customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, weights & measures, and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary working/shopping environments and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures correct pricing and signage.
• Reports safety hazards immediately and supports leadership as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
