Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical/Trade School certification a plus.
• 1+ years in building maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot facility/infrastructure systems including boilers, HVAC, and process cooling where applicable.
• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance (insulation, plumbing, electrical, lighting, carpentry, painting).
• Maintain vendor relationships for general facility maintenance.
• Oversee building and grounds upkeep (sprinkler and fire systems).
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
