Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on maintenance in industrial or food manufacturing equipment.
• Certificate or diploma from an accredited trade school.
• Experience with 3-phase power and motor control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot bakery equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs and PM schedules.
• Track parts inventory and coordinate with Plant Engineer.
• Adhere to GMPs and food-safety protocols while keeping a clean work area.
• Support special projects and mentor junior technicians as needed.
