Job summary

Tech 3, Bakery Maintenance is seeking a hands-on technician to maintain high-volume baking production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced facility. You'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, and pneumatic issues, and ensure equipment uptime.

This role emphasizes GMP/food-safety compliance, accurate CMMS documentation, collaboration with production and quality teams, and contribution to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with production/packaging machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong understanding of GMP/food-safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with CMMS and commitment to documentation accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, basic electrical, and pneumatic issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore equipment to operational condition.
• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate documentation using a CMMS.
• Follow GMP and food-safety standards; support a safety-first, quality-driven culture.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to support equipment uptime and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives.
