Job summary

This role partners with Production, Quality, Food Safety, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a hands-on leadership style, strong experience in food manufacturing, maintenance systems, and project management, and a track record of delivering safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant engineering, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Drive reliability and OEE improvements across the facility.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure food safety, GMP, HACCP, SQF, OSHA compliance.
