Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive operations roles, with training/coaching experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to translate business metrics into actionable training.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop store teams and managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and audit bakery department training programs across the district.
• Coach store teams to improve operational metrics and customer satisfaction.
• Guide Department Managers to connect metrics to business processes and continuous improvement.
• Maintain weekly operation dashboards and report on KPI performance.
• Serve as a model store for best practices and provide training to home stores.
