• Prepare desserts and baked goods per production requirements and Magnolia quality standards.
• Prepare desserts with consistent quality following recipes; date containers; note shortages to Kitchen Manager.
• Follow safe food handling practices and safety procedures for equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Operate mixers, choppers, meat slicers and sanitize work area during/after use.
• Complete prep cook list as provided by Production Manager/Supervisor.
• Assemble ingredients, measure, weigh, portion and label according to guidelines.
• Stock prep area with goods for shift; monitor butter, milk, ingredients and supplies.
• Keep production area clean; track inventory of icings and fillings.
• Update Production Manager on progress and stock levels; assist back-of-house as needed.
