Responsibilities

Direct, supervise and support all functions for the Bakery department.
Establish performance goals for the department and empower associates to meet targets.
Develop scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
Train and develop associates on performance and participate in appraisals.
Partner with store management to develop and implement a department business plan.
Plan and supervise the inventory process and control expenses.
