Albertsons Companies is seeking a Bakery Department Manager to lead a high-performing bakery team and deliver top-quality products and customer service at our NH location. This hands-on role drives production planning, merchandising, and daily operations to ensure freshness and a superior shopping experience.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop associates, while managing labor, inventory, and compliance in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery operations and merchandising.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
• Flexibility with early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations with quality, freshness, presentation, and customer service.
• Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment and resolve concerns and special orders.
• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms, and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
