• Execute merchandising, promotions, planograms and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork.
