Qualifications

• Experience leading a bakery department or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Bakery Department operations, maintaining quality, freshness, presentation and customer service.
• Foster a welcoming, customer-focused environment and handle special orders.
• Plan and execute daily bakery production based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Execute merchandising plans, promotions, planograms and seasonal programs.
• Manage department sales, labor, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and shrink.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop bakery associates while promoting teamwork and accountability.
