• Develop and implement a department business plan.
• Create and execute sales promotions with store management.
• Educate associates about current promotions affecting the department.
• Prepare seasonal critiques for the sales/merchandising supervisor.
• Implement the period promotional plan for the department.
• Assist management with budgeting, expenses, and P&L reviews.
• Schedule price changes by updating shelf tags.
• Plan inventory and train on CAO and stocking.
• Ensure proper temperatures and maintain logs.
• Reinforce safety programs and report risks or incidents.
• Report safety risks or illegal activity.
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflict in a constructive, cooperative manner.
