Job summary

You will leverage handheld technology for planning, training, and quality, maintain inventory and safety compliance, and mentor team members to deliver high-quality bakery products

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a bakery production department or supervising a team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Bakery production and decorating experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Bakery department team to meet business goals and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of products, recipes, and production specs to ensure quality and safety.
• Use handheld tech to plan, train, and monitor performance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, staffing, and adherence to policies.
