The Fresh Market is seeking a Bakery Department Lead who will support the Bakery Department Manager and guide the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll help supervise staffing, maintain inventory, and coach teammates to grow while ensuring the department looks its best.

You’ll work closely with the manager to monitor scheduling, assist in merchandising, and analyze store performance. This role emphasizes leadership, hospitality, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced

Formación

• Minimum 1+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hotels, or general business.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting performance goals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
