Coborn's in Minnesota is seeking a Bakery Department Lead to oversee the Bakery team when the Department Manager is away. You will train staff, handle guest calls and special orders, and ensure consistently fresh, quality products.

Role focuses on guest engagement, product sampling, suggestive selling, and safe food handling, with involvement in Sweet Shop & Popcorn Shop production as applicable. A team-focused, customer-first environment awaits.

• Oversee Bakery Department in the absence of the Department Manager
• Train new employees
• Answer guest phone calls professionally and take special orders
• Ensure continuous delivery of excellent guest service
• Engage guests through product preparation, sampling and suggestive selling
• Maintain high-level food handling for quality and freshness
• Create appealing product displays and understand health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Assist with oversight of the Sweet Shop & Popcorn Shop production and standards
