Job summary

Coborn’s Bakery Department Lead is responsible for overseeing the Bakery Department in the absence of the Department Manager and training new employees. You will answer guest calls professionally, take special orders, and ensure top-quality, fresh products through strong food handling practices.

You will lead product preparation, active sampling, and suggestive selling, create appealing displays, and support Sweet Shop & Popcorn Shop production to meet store standards for our guests.
