Coborn's in Hastings, MN is seeking a Deli/Bakery Lead to assist in managing the Deli/Bakery in the absence of the Department Manager. You’ll deliver exceptional guest service, lead Deli & Bakery staff, and ensure the freshness and quality of all products.

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of the Deli/Bakery in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Provide continuous delivery of exceptional guest service and leadership to Deli & Bakery staff.
• Ensure superior quality and freshness of all salad, sliced meat, and bakery products.
• Answer phones and take special orders; train new employees; educate and assist guests at the counter.
• Attract guests with a fun, friendly atmosphere; engage guests with product samples and suggestive selling.
• Ensure display cases are stocked and uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations.
