• Assist in the management of the Deli/Bakery in the absence of the Department Manager.

• Train new employees and educate guests at the Deli/Bakery counter.
• Maintain display cases stocked and ensure health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Engage guests with product samples and suggestive selling.
• Answer phones and take special orders.
