Coborn's Incorporated is seeking a Bakery Department Lead to supervise the Bakery Department in the manager's absence. You will train new staff, handle guest calls, and take special orders, ensuring exceptional service and product freshness.

You’ll engage guests with sampling and suggestive selling while upholding health and safety standards. You will also help oversee the Sweet Shop & Popcorn Shop production, ensuring items are produced to store standards, and you’ll contribute to appealing

• Oversee Bakery Department in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Provide training to new employees and answer guest phone calls professionally.
• Take special orders and ensure continuous guest service excellence.
• Engage guests through product preparation, sampling and suggestive selling.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards and attractive displays.
• Assist with Sweet Shop & Popcorn Shop production and quality per store standards.
