• Train and develop associates on their performance and participate in performance appraisals.
• Create an environment that welcomes customers by answering questions and guiding product choices.
• Review and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Implement department business plans and promotions with store management.
• Assist in budgeting and expense control for the department.
